Our program follows a minimalist approach – relying on the strength of your body and using minimal equipment for maximum results.

Our Program Includes:

  • Hike & Nature 1: A program designed for beginners who want to explore the beauty of nature through hiking and education. This month-long course includes introductory lectures and fitness testing, three day hikes with themed workshops, and a two-day hike with an overnight stay in a mountain hut. Perfect for those who want to discover nature while learning the basics of walking techniques, breathing, and navigation.

  • Hike & Nature 2: A more advanced program for experienced hikers, also lasting one month, offering more intense hikes and advanced techniques for survival, orientation, and physical preparation.

  • Hike & Nature 3 – One-Day Movement Workshops in Nature: One-day workshops focused on specific topics like movement techniques, survival skills, first aid, and navigation in various weather conditions.

  • Organization of Hiking Trips: We offer both one-day and multi-day hiking trips, suited to all fitness levels. Each trip is carefully organized under expert guidance and tailored to different levels of difficulty.

  • Bodyweight Training in Nature: Harness the power of nature and your own body with specialized outdoor training sessions. Through simple yet effective exercises in the fresh air, you’ll improve strength, endurance, and your connection to the natural world.

Our outdoor program is based on the belief that true health cannot exist without a connection to nature. We believe that returning to nature through walking, breathing, and movement helps achieve inner harmony and physical strength. Our holistic approach encompasses all pillars of health: breathing, movement, nature, nutrition, rest, and mental resilience. To support this, we collaborate with nutritionists and psychotherapists to provide a comprehensive approach to your well-being.
